Customer Operations Manager,
IKEA Customer Support Centre Sweden
ABOUT THE JOB
The world around is changing and people?s behaviours are changing with it. To respond to new consumer shopping behaviour, IKEA needs to become even more accessible and offer convenience and value for time to the many people.
We are now looking for a Customer Operations Manager to our Customer Support Centre in Sweden. We are now in a change to build a solid and growth driven organization to meet our consumer with a seamless experience. The role Customer Operations Manager is new in our CSC organization, so you will have big possibility to develop us and the role. You are responsible for developing and optimizing the unit`s performance and realization of our service level goals in our frontlines. As a part of the CSC management team will you will also actively contributing to continuous improvements of the home-to-home IKEA experience across all channels; the customer delivery in all contact channels (phone, chat, e-mail and social media) to agreed service level goals.
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience:
As a base in this role you should have several years experience from a large contact centre organization or/and have broad leadership experience from a multi-discipline high operational environment. You have also understanding of and experience in change management.
To be successful in this role:
You are goal oriented with the ability to make analysis, draw conclusions, suggest solutions and actions. You work proactively and take initiative to find new solutions and optimize the existing ones. To get to the core questions you take on an inquisitive and analytical approach.
When you communicate and explain new ideas they can easily be understood and you have the ability to see the big picture combined with a nose for details. As a person you are humble, a strong willpower and you have the ability to create togetherness and enthusiasm around you.
