As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be an integral member of our Operations team at Keystone. This role encompasses two vital areas: providing dedicated support within our Support team and coordinating Legal Administration.
On the Support team, you will provide necessary assistance to both internal departments and to our customer base. This role helps ensure that customers and our commercial team are receiving the support they need to be efficient, productive, and successful.
In Legal Admin, you will be managing our Legal pipeline. This will involve contract reviews, vendor documentation, and tracking procurement cases. Your attention to detail and strategic oversight will safeguard our legal interests and ensure smooth operational processes.
Our corporate and working language is English, and we appreciate Spanish language skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing application support to customers’ product-related enquiries.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with developers and product managers.
- Serving as an expert on internal processes and system functions.
- Reviewing internal and external Terms and Conditions to flag possible legal risks in the context of our business and commercial operations.
- Complete vendor documentation requests for our commercial team.
- Track all cases where the company is involved in an on-going procurement process.
- Assisting on ongoing projects as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Some customer service or technical support background and understanding of customer support is preferred.
- Experience with contract reviews is preferred.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
