Stainless-steel production is deeply rooted in both Avesta and Nyby with hundreds of years of history. We have a cross-locational team working with Customer Order Management as an interface between our Sales organization and Production, as well as Logistics and Quality Control. In the role of C-O Coordinator, you are managing customer orders in multiple stages, serving as the function which communicates to Production what is needed and to the customer how that process is undergoing. It requires a sense of prioritization and urgency in addition to advanced communication skills. This is an exciting role that gives you a broad understanding of what Outokumpu does as you meet a lot of people in many different professions. It is a great first step towards a future career in our global organization.

In this role, you can work from our office in Nyby/Torshälla or Avesta. Working hours are daytime.

Primary responsibilities
Transfer orders from SAP to the local planning system
Continuously monitor order status and act on deviations
Communicate with Production, SCM, and Sales organization regarding order status, prioritizations, and amendments
Maintain a balance between reservations and booked orders


About you
Relevant education in economics, industrial engineering, or equivalent work experience
Experience from order handling
Appreciation for high speed and continuous change
Analytical skills and ability to understand data and create reports
Communicative and easy to cooperate with
Good computer skills and knowledge
Fluency in Swedish and English language (talking and writing) is required
