Customer Order Coordinator & Transport Planner

Current employee is taking on a new role within the company, and we are now looking for our next employee who wants to work in a combined role as a Customer Order Coordinator & Transport Planner.

The role
This job includes two different parts, Customer Order Coordinator and Transport Planning. About two-thirds of the role regards Customer Order Coordinator:
There you will ensure that customer orders from our sales team are transferred to production orders, while working closely with our internal sales team and other Supply Chain teams. Other tasks included:
Monitor Customers orders and book orders
Work with status reports to the customer on an ongoing basis
Administrative work
Problem solving

The last third of the role as Transport Planner includes:
Planning, reserving, and booking of transport to internal and external customers
Notify our customers and customs that material is on its way
Analyze the level of service (delivery accuracy) and find continuous improvement measures. to develop both the operations and the role.
Collaborate with people in different departments, levels and locations



Who are you?
Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial economics or equivalent professional qualification acquired from previous work
Administratively skilled person who enjoys working in different business systems
If you previously worked in SAP, it is advantageous
You are a good team player who is responsible, flexible and have great communication skills
You have a good structure in your work with a systematic and analytical side
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
