We are now looking for a driven Customer Project Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden.

As a customer project manager, your mission will be to lead a number of projects within the sound improvement field, making sure we exceed the customers’ expectations and that we deliver on time. The projects you will manage are spanning globally across the world, which mean travels might be necessary but not extensive. The nature of our product also mean that the projects vary a lot in complexity and size, ranging from months to years. What all have in common are the need of structure and transparency within the organization, and you will be a big part in setting up a solid structure at Dirac to improve in these areas. You will mainly work in delivery projects but will also be involved in the final stages of the presales process before a signed contract.
The organization – Customer Solutions
The Customer Solution (CS) team resides within the Sales organization and focus on delivering customer value in different stages of the customer interaction process. This means early in the presales process, to deliver RFI/RFQs, demos, and conducting feasibility studies on the customer platform but also to handle post-sales, with delivering the project and support/bug fixing. CS have the resources globally to handle project management, consumer support, customer integration and acoustic tuning.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead your project groups, showcasing a humble but strong leadership
Organize the documentation, structure, and lead various project meetings (external and internal) to best fit the project
Lead the discussions with the customer, ensuring all parties are agreed on the scope and the timeline
Track the progress of the project and report status to stakeholders and project team
Managing and report the project’s budget
Review the work of third-party vendors or partners in order to close their contracts and pay their invoices
Ensuring that key milestones are reached in time
Handle all project related escalations and mitigating risks
Handle scope changes and see to that we can deliver accordingly with new requirements
Perform project retrospective
Suggest and execute improvements to our project delivery process
Skills and Experience
Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development/audio engineering
Be a good team player and an inspiring leader who is able to motivate and lead by example
Business and commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
Analytical skills to correctly identify risks and solve problems which may arise
Be structured and organized
A good communicator with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
