About this opportunity
We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a customer project manager in MELA Digital Services, CU Northern and Central Europe (NCE).
Your role is to lead customer projects from establishment all the way to the project closure. You will lead the Ericsson project team, interface the customers, secure that the delivery fulfills customer expectations and manage the project financials.
You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to both secure the needed support for your projects as well as to fit the project into the wider project portfolio planning. Time to time you might also contribute to making project offers to the customer. The projects are about delivering Ericsson Digital Services products and solutions.
The location for this position is in Denmark or Sweden. Preferably in Copenhagen or Stockholm.


What you will do
Understand the customer needs and business
Build customer relationship, directly interface customers and collaborate with account managers
Establish the project: define project scope, build project time plan, secure the vital staffing, establish project way of working (e.g., agile or classical project delivery), establish budget, analyze risks, setup project in systems, etc.
Drive project execution: lead the project to be on track compared to the plans, customer expectations and budget, follow-up on risks
Handle project finance
Manage project change requests
Develop the business by contributing to presales
Have high attention to team environment and lead impactful project teams with local and remote colleagues



You will bring

Project manager/Program director experience
Strong skills in team and project management
Experience from customer-facing roles
Understanding of Core, Cloud, OSS, BSS product portfolio
Agile methods and DevOps experience
Embracing Ericsson on the Move principles
Good communication & presentation skills
Negotiation skills
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in a relevant field
