Fingerprints is on a mission to reduce risk of fraud and make life more convenient by replacing pins and passwords with biometric solutions. Our biometric technology for payment adds a new level of security and convenience whether to your contactless payment card or wearables. Our biometric access authentication solutions are already integrated in hundreds of different connected devices and, together with our partners, bringing convenience and trust to millions of people.

To further strengthen our support to our customers, we are searching for a Customer Project Manager within the business area Payment & Access. The main purpose of the role is to help customers integrate our hardware and software into their own products. In this role you will be the main driver to lead our customer projects to ensure best possible cooperation and interaction between our own R&D-team, our sales team and our customers. The geographic market you will focus on is Asia.

Furthermore, you …

• have a strong technical understanding and an Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or similar.
• have lengthy successful experience from customer focused roles within relevant technical field, in an international setting.
• have previous experience of project management and leading teams successfully.
• have knowledge and experience from working with biometric technical solutions and embedded platforms.
• speak and read English fluently. If you also speak Chinese, this is a plus!

The role will be based at our Malmö- or Gothenburg office. You will report to Head of Customer Support, Payment & Acccess.
