What You´ll Do:
We’re now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, who will be the voice of the customer on Quality topics such as Claim Management and compliance of customer requirements. As our Customer Quality Engineer, you will represent the company directly towards your specific customer within the quality area.
As Customer Quality Engineer your main responsibility areas are :
- Managing the customer claim process
- Customer communication for process changes
- Preparing, planning & submission of PPAP
- Preparing, Leading & Coordinating customer on site visits.
To manage the customer claim process you will need to ensure that we fulfill customer expectation by reporting on time and that the internal Veoneer organization handles the quality issues according to the 8D process, for some cases you will need to take the role of 8D leader.
As responsible for customer communication for process changes you will ensure that process changes are presented professionally & follow up of presented due dates.
For new product launches & process changes you are responsible for establishing a PPAP plan directly with the customer, performing the PPAP submission & distribute the approval internally.
As responsible for managing customer visits you will plan and lead the preparation and act as the host and owner of the agenda, you will also lead the follow-up/reporting of customer findings and corrective actions internally and against the customer.
In all above areas you will work with colleagues in our local and global organization from all disciplines.
You´ll be part a of great team of 5 customer quality engineers, all mix with seniority and supportive attitude, Team Spirit.

- Good understanding of automotive quality tools.
- Previous work experience in quality positions.

Education
- University degree in Electronic, Manufacturing or Quality is highly merited
