Ecodi AB is a Swedish company that ships Swedish products all over the world and for the past 10 years we have built up a loyal customer-base that each year grows even bigger. As the number of customers increase, so do the requirements for our customer service and the content for our websites.
For this reason, we are now searching for a new member to join our team, someone who is comfortable with writing and enjoys a true passion for the written word; someone with ambition and previous experience with customer relations. An e-commerce company serves the world and we aim to efficiently meet our customers’ demands regarding product information, deliveries, and payment options for all possible markets. Our customer service is the heart of our business and is required to establish happy and loyal customers. We want you to help us enrich the customer’s experience!
In our team you will also work with content writing in English (or any of these languages: German/Finnish/Norwegian/Swedish). It is therefore very important with high-quality language skills and excellent grammar in the chosen language, preferably your native language.
What does a content writer do? As a content writer at Ecodi you will create texts in the form of product descriptions, articles, and general information for our websites which requires excellent and grammatically correct use of language together with a large dose of creativity.
Customer support is mainly in English and is open between 6-18 Swedish time along with a few hours during the weekend. The shifts vary from 6-15, 9-15 and weekend hours - the exact times are planned within the team to find the perfect fit for both customers and coworkers.
Do not be afraid to ask for a helping hand! Our support team is a small but tight team where both good communication and teamwork are essential.
The position is a permanent employment of 100% (with a trial-period of 6 months) and is located in Grebbestad. We are a small business of approximately 10 employees but constantly growing, there are therefore plenty of possibilities to evolve within the company. ECODI AB has a collective agreement with Unionen (tjänstemen).

Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Fluent in German or Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish.
Previous work experience with within administration or computers.
Previous work experience with customer relations.
