We are seeking an outstanding and service-minded Customer Relation Representative to provide high-class customer service to our clients.
This full time position will report to the Operations Manager Customer Service & Logistics and is based In Stockholm Sweden.
In this role you will work within the department of Sales & Customer Care, what is the face or our business, handling daily communications internally and externally, learning about different aspects of e-commerce, furniture and Design business.
You will be responsible for customer related tasks such as:
? In a timely manner resolve high volume of customer inquires via phone, e-mail and social media
? Becoming an expert of Hem products to be able to offer outstanding customer service
? Engage in clienteling efforts and customer follow-ups
? Communicate on a daily basis with our sales and logistic departments, to ensure on-time inbound and outbound deliveries
? Manage customer orders through our order management system
? Acting as a liaison between the customer and internal Hem teams on any technical or logistical issues
? Passion for e-commerce as well as high-end industry
? Improve internal processes within customer service and provide Hem's different departments with improvements based on customer feedback

Qualifications and requirements:
? At least 1 year work experience within e-commerce, customer service, retail and/or a creative industry is required
? Experience at a Design/high-end brand is preferred
? Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and German with an emphasis on proper spelling and grammar
? Other language skills are highly meriting, especially other Scandinavian languages, German and/or French
? Self-starting, reliable, independent, and flexible
? Great team player
? Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook
? Service-oriented with a good understanding of customer needs
? You are a “doer” and don't mind getting your hands dirty in a highly entrepreneurial environment
