In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is hybrid in our facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Provide first class customers satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support the customers following the provided guidelines.
- Handle incoming customers contacts (via telephone, e-mail, chat or social media, reviews), log call details onto call tracking systems and perform call follow ups according to procedures.
- Support consumers in the sales and after sales process by qualification of needs, product recommendation, after sales support and additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction.
- Forward, when not having the resolution for themselves, any escalations, and defined topics to the respective Client’s brand units and / or contact persons.
- De-escalate in case of complaint, offer solutions within Client’s procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transfer to the Client’s or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases.
- Ensure correct presentation of the Client’s corporate images in all interactions representing its brand and generate consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels.
