The team and the position
Our Customer Care consists of 10 people for Finland, Norway, and Sweden. All located at our office in Mölndal.
As a customer representative at Nilfisk you will be responsible for your own customer accounts. This means that you will follow up on orders, feedback and secure that the customer needs are fulfilled. The focus is 100% on the Finnish market and follows the Finnish calendar.
You will handle the daily customer contacts via phone and e-mail such as orders, deliveries, invoicing, returns, service agreements and requests. You will work close to our Sales and Service departments, so it's important to understand the customer needs and to be solution oriented.
It's an advantage if you have a technical interest since your success in the role is dependent on solving customers problems.
Who are we looking for?
We think that you are experienced within sales, either customer support, inside sales or project coordination. You have a natural drive, take initiatives, and are used to see where improvements can be implemented. You are motivated by customer contacts and like to build long term relations. You have a pro-active approach and always put the customer in focus.
Essential duties and responsibilities
* Management of inbound and outbound phone calls and email correspondence in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up in a professional and helpful manner
* Seek commercial opportunities, escalating sales/service leads as required
* Develop knowledge of key customers, building meaningful relationships and driving trust in key competencies
* Leveraging ERP, CRM, and online tools, to confirm account number, part number & descriptions
* Communication to customer on pricing, availability, open orders, and ship dates
* Prioritize projects/responsibilities and other duties as assigned
To enjoy working at Nilfisk and deliver excellent Customer Support, we believe that you
* Are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. We think that you probably are a native Finnish. It's a bonus if you also speak Swedish and/or Norwegian
* Good IT competence. Preferably experienced in SAP or Sales Force
* Interest in Techniques and used to give technical support.
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to plan, organize and manage set-backs
* Accountable, ethical, and quality driven
* High level of professionalism and solution-based decisions
* Team oriented with a solution mentality
* Strong commercial focus
