TATAA is a fast-growing company with two decades of history and is recently backed by a life sciences investment firm. The company is comprised of a team of scientists providing laboratory services, products and education / training services across a broad range of nucleic acid analysis technologies including PCR, NGS and proteomics. The company serves a variety of pharma, biotech and academic customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to get involved early on in setting up TATAA for its next phase of growth.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
TATAA is recruiting a passionate individual to join the growing customer orders and logistics team. The scope of this role encompasses processing customers orders and oversee the cycle of order until fulfilment. You will assist the Supply Chain Manager in making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are effectively managed and maintained at optimum levels.
Main Responsibilities:
• To collect and input customer orders to a high standard
• Facilitate the shipping of products to customers
• Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
• Receive products from our suppliers and coordinate delivery to customers
• Prepares loads for shipment
• Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
• Make sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Oversees inventory of goods and laboratory consumables
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
• Label and prepare products ready for customer use, ensuring a high attention to detail
• Perform other responsibilities and related duties as needed
• Communication between different departments
• To be aware of the companys quality management system and in particular to follow any quality assurance work instructions that is applicable to the job
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
KVALIFIKATIONER
