We are currently looking for a Customer Satisfaction Administrator to our exciting client, a world leading company wihin electronics and media! This is a   consultancy opportunity , with start ASAP until April 2023 with the possibility for an extension.

Job Description: As the Customer Satisfaction Administrator you will be handling Operation processes covering all areas of Warranty, Spares, Return, and Tracking. You will also handle support and escalation issues between dealers/service centers and SSCE. 

Key Accountabilities:  

Handle complex warranty and return claims and possible investigations toward service centers. 
Support partners with reverse logistics of parts. 
Modify SAP Master data related to service partners. 
Create and analyze data related to warranty and return processes. 
Manage consignment stock to service centers and distributors. 
Support our dealers and service centers through various channels.
Process development in tight cooperation with all liasions to minimize numbers of claims, speed up processes, and lower costs. 
Monitor the daily work for warranty admin located at outsourced partners. 
Required qualifications and experience:   College ("gymnasium") Electronics, technical as well as administration. 
Advanced skills in Excel. 
SAP knowledge. 
Service related background. 
Quick learner with the ability to handle a lot of processes at the same time. 
Preferably experience working with similar tasks. 
Previous work within service (preferably Home Electronics). 
Neccessary Skills / Attributes:   Fluent in English 
Fluent in Swedish is a big advantage

Self starter (taking own initiatives, drive)

Good communication skills 
Well presented and professional 
Analytical
