What you will do
We are looking for a service minded customer service employee to be a part of our cross-functional support team. You will be a first line support and help customers both by telephone and e-mail, regarding lighter technical questions as well as questions regarding invoices, subscription and similar.
You will be one of the most important contact points towards our existing customers, and therefore truly enjoy serving and talking to customers and wanting to become their best friend. You are also a flexible and prestigeless team player with great initiative skills who likes to learn new things and who isn't afraid of taking on new assignments. You express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English, and knowledge in either Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or German is a great plus.
