Mectec is an international company that sells, develops and manufactures innovative industrial labeling solutions known as ‘Print & Apply’. Mectec is now recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to the Customer Service team in Malmö.

Job description:

As Customer Service Administrator you will have varied assignments within administration and customer service. The Customer Service team has an important role in the presales and order process. You will also be responsible for our front desk and office coordination. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Customer care, order handling, communicating order confirmations and delivery information
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Administration in our ERP system Pyramid
- Statistics reports
- Administration of service agreements
- Assisting finance with invoicing and administration when needed
- Daily work in the front desk such as handling telephone calls, taking care of visitors, ordering lunches, hotel- and taxi bookings, purchasing office supplies and taking care of kitchens and conference rooms etc.

You will be part of an expansive and international company, with a flexible and non-hierarchical organization that allows for fast decisions.

This is a full-time position from the middle of May 2015 until the end of August 2016, a substitute due to a parental leave. You will be based at Mectec’s office in Malmö.

Candidate profile:

You have experience from working with similar tasks, in customer service, order processing, administration and/or front desk. You like working with varied assignments and have a good ability to prioritize. It is an advantage with experience from an international business environment. Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Swedish is needed, as well as a driving license B. Your computer skills are good, and it is an advantage if you have experience from working in an ERP system and MS Office, for example with system administration.

Personal characteristics that we prefer in this role are good social skills, a service oriented and flexible mindset and a talent in organizing and administration. You are structured and accurate when it comes to details and your personality can also be described as dedicated, non prestigious, positive and helpful. You enjoy working independently and can take initiatives, but also have a team player personality and can build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
