We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity with a 6 month contract, starting as soon as possible with the possibility for an extension.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The CS Admin is responsible for coordinating the Warranty and KPI related admin work as well as having the overall checks and control over LTP(Long Time Pending).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Control and analyze warranty claim.
- Evaluate and coordinate warranty flow between purchaser and Samsung/SSC.
- Managing our repair speed KPI.
- LTP- Tracking and handling, contacting partners.
- Daily follow up with service partners on claim status for CS cases.
- Monitor and assist in daily tasks with Spares and Warranty admin located at our shared service center in Rumania
- Escalation for service related issues. (In-house and SSC). Working with an international view close together with our Shared Service Center
- FOC (Free of Charge) ordering, providing help to Specialist and Technicians.
- SAW approval and support, including WER checks
- Extended Warranty registration
LIAISONS:
- External: Service centers, dealers and distributors in the Nordic region. Samsung European Customer Center (ECC).
- Internal: Customer Satisfaction, Indoor sales department, Finance department, Legal and Sales departments
- Customer Satisfaction Administration Manager
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- High school ("gymnasium")
- Preferably SAP knowledge
EXPERIENCE:
- Customer service/administration experience from the industry or logistics, or combination of both, is preferred.
- Maybe you have experience from working at a call center or as a Technical support.
