MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Are you passionate about giving excellent customer service and also somewhat of a techie at heart? Are you also comfortable in speaking and writing English and Swedish/Norwegian or German? MultiMind is currently looking for a multilingual customer service advisor for our client Tobii.

Responsibilities

You will be the voice of Tobii Dynavox to our customers, professionals and resellers and our customers advocate within the organization.

As a member of the support team and within your daily duties you will:

Assist clients, resellers, sales representatives and account managers with support issues via phone, e-mail, instant messaging and remotely control users’ devices
Troubleshoot issues across our hardware and software platforms
Help with customizations of our customers’ communication software
Develop knowledge in current and coming products
Report feature requests and escalate issues
Discuss needs and requirements with customers and professionals and suggest relevant Tobii Dynavox products and solutions
Together with our marketing team monitor our social media channels


We are looking for:

Personality and social skills are very important in this team. We are the first person people talk to when they may be happy, sad or frustrated: we are here to, support them through the issue they are experiencing and recommend additional products to complete their Tobii Dynavox experience and personal development.

To be successful in this role, you have:

Very good level of spoken and written English plus one more language (either Swedish / Norwegian or German ). You feel comfortable to communicate with customers from around the world, specifically UK, Germany or Norway.
Proven experience in working with customer service, technical and product support
Professional and social communication skills. You feel comfortable to interact with the tech savvy while you can make computer novices feel supported and understood as well
High level of computer knowledge. You are not necessarily an IT expert, but interested in technology, feel at home in Windows operative systems and easily find your way in new software.
Fast learner, self-supportive and self-motivated
We value a suitable qualification but we highly recognize social skills and work / life experience.


Additional plus points:

Ability to communicate in additional languages
Are experienced in Android, iOs or MAC
Have social media skills or experience from community management
