We are searching for a customer service advisor with strong sense of service in the job of answering customers by phone and e-mail. You will be a member of an engaged team who is supporting and providing high-quality service to our Swedish end customers.
The tasks you will perform are varied. You will support and guide our customers with different solutions and service both by incoming calls and e-mails. The role will be based in Umeå.
Main responsibilities
Respond to customer queries, such as:
* Customer Invoices and Accounts receivable
* Refunds
* Terms and conditions in different market products and contracts
* Other common tasks related to customer support
Your profile
In your role as a customer service advisor, you are open- and service minded. We are working together in a team, why it’s important that you are a team player.
We are searching for a person with great experience working with computers and related systems. You also communicate fluently in both Swedish and English in speaking and writing.
It’s meritorious if you have experience from previous service employments e.g., customer service and/or have experience working with reading agreements, terms, and conditions.
At times we have a fast-working pace, why it’s important that you can handle stressful situations. We are searching for a curious person who is a fast learner, and we want you to have a few years of work experience.
