THE ROLE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
As a customer service advisor at Webhelp you have a central role in guiding and servicing all our customers to solutions that suit them. The customer contacts are mainly made by telephone, but we also handle customer matters via e-mail and chat.
Because we are responsible for many different types of cases, the job is very challenging and developing. We trust that you take responsibility for solving your tasks and trust your own decisions. We handle all types of customer issues that are not resolved directly in a physical department store and answer everything from delivery questions to how we can help if the customer's product does not work.
As a starting point, you will handle our customers by telephone, but can subsequently continue to develop in other activities such as email and chat. Your most important task is to ensure that the customer gets the best solution, every time.
YOU WILL FIT PERFECTLY IF...
You are outgoing and have a great interest in helping and guiding customers with their questions and concerns.
Previous experience is a plus but not a requirement as we weigh your personal skills higher. We see that you enjoy working at a high pace with good colleagues and fantastic customers. As we work a lot according to set goals, it is also required that you are determined and aim to get better.
- You need to be efficient and always act professional even in stressful situations.
- You radiate joy and credibility through the phone in stressful situations.
- You are independent, show initiative and take responsibility.
- You are service-minded and can turn negative dialogues into positive ones.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish.
- You can make yourself understood in English, both orally and in writing.
