Dina arbetsuppgifter
In this role you will mainly work with order administration, delivery notices and invoices together with the rest of the Customer Service team in Dalarna. With a close cooperation with remaining departments you ensure to always have the best solution and service for the customer and the customer's need.

You will provide service to our customers by mail and phone, mainly towards the UK/Ireland market. From time to time you might have to help other markets aswell, therefore other languages are meritorious.
You will be stationed at Ejendals office i Leksand.

Din profil
We are looking for a serviceminded person with great social skills. We believe you are confident in administraion, customer service and sales. You are fluent in english in both written and oral. Previous experience of similar roles within customer service areas and international experience are desired. As minimum you have a high school degree with good technical skills.
