CTEK has long lasting relations with more than 50 of the world’s premium car manufacturers such as Lamborghini, Porsche and Ferrari. We also have an extensive network of distributors, retailers and pure online players like Clas Ohlson, KGK and Amazon, which enables us to bring out our products to more than 70 countries. CTEK is also taking an active part in transforming the transport solutions to be greener, as one of Scandinavia’s largest providers of infrastructure solutions for charging electric cars with customers such as Vattenfall and Stockholms Stads Parkering.

We are now hiring a Customer Service Agent to our headquarters in Vikmanshyttan.

What you do

You are the key point of contact for our customers, and you provide world class Customer Relationship Management. You receive and process customer orders and provide point of contact for / resolution of customer queries. Furthermore, you have contact with sales team, warehouses and transport companies, handle invoicing and ensure that daily work is carried out according to existing processes and report KPIs within the Customer Service structure. You will occasionally help the Customer Service Support team with support and case management if needed.

Who you are

You have great service skills and a never ending will to help others. You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. We believe that you are self-driven and action oriented. It is essential that you are accurate and have attention to detail.

Your skills

You have experience of customer service and order handling. You have good computer skills including CRM systems. Fluent in Swedish and English is mandatory, French or German is an advantage.
