We are now looking for a new team member to join our claims team. Our claims team is a part of the customer service department and your main assignment will be to handle warranty claims. Working with customer service at IDEAL OF SWEDEN, you will provide service for our international customers, therefore it is a must that you are fluent in English and Swedish.
The right candidate shall be service-minded, responsible and structured. You don’t easily get stressed, always keep a positive attitude and you can handle a high workload.
We are looking for an experienced customer service agent, with at least two years from working with customer service. In addition, we want you to have experience in assessing and handling warranty cases. Through your experience, you have learned to show great sensitivity to customers ‘needs and have the ability to put yourself in the customers’ situation. You are flexible and know that it is important to find the balance between a satisfied customer and strict policies. We very much encourage taking your own initiatives but it’s also important to follow instructions and procedures set by IDEAL OF SWEDEN.

• Customer service and sales via mail and live chat
• Process and assess complaints
Requirements for the role
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• At least 6 months experience from working with warranty claims
• Very good computer experience
• Outstanding ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• Positive mindset and a professional approach
Nice to have
• Fluent in German, French or Dutch
Other
You will be based in our head office in Norrköping and report to our Customer service manager. The position is a full-time position with a preliminary start date of 2022-03-01.
You will work according to schedule. Bi-weekly you will be scheduled on Saturdays.
