Our client, based in Athens, is presently looking for a Customer Service Agent, and who speaks Swedish fluently; someone who is ready to live a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Job Description
· Inbound calls related to Customer Service and Technical support for our client’s client (specialized in payment instruments such as POS (Point of Sale)). Training will be given.
Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities
· You will be answering inbound calls from retailers, merchants and/or shop owners who have either Customer Service Queries, or Technical Issues related to their POS (Point of Sales) Device. Training will be given.
Requirements (Training will be given)
· Experience in Technical Support is preferred but not obligatory
· Basic Skills in working with CRM Tools such as Salesforce or similar (preferred but not obligatory). Training will be given
· Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
· Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
· Android Users Preferred but not obligatory
· Proficiency in PC usage
Other Information
· Minimum 1 Year experience in Customer Service / Fulfillment (preferred but not obligatory)
· Excellent listening skills
· Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish
· Confident, adaptable & empathetic
· Positive & flexible attitude
· Good stamina in dealing with frustrated customers
· Organized & methodological thinker
