Do you have strong communication skills (Swedish + English), and would you like to work in an international environment, providing B2B assistance in your native language? Then this is your chance. Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
Troubleshooting reported issues
Maintaining a good customer relationship
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Strong communication/social skills
Positive attitude towards changes
Service minded and able to handle conflicts in a constructive manner
Team player
Strong listening skills
Solution-oriented approach without losing eye for detail
Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work
Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business success
What you need:
Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
Native level Swedish (written and spoken)
Tech-savvy: ability to work with different IT systems and programs
Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
