Everyone loves great service. Not everyone is good at offering great service. For us at Sjöstrand we are passionate about setting a new standard in our industry for the service experience. It doesn’t mean that we always believe that the customer is right. But we believe that the customer should always have a great service experience, no matter what. We are also passionate about digital processes and using the many great tools available at the market as a part of our service design process, to be able to service the customer in his or her preferred platform.
We are strong believers in the right to repair, therefor we have created a circular business model for our design icon – the Sjöstrand Espresso Capsule Machine. This creates a more complex customer service process, but on the other hand, it should be natural to keep the lifetime of a product for as long as possible. A lot of people seem to agree with us, so we’re growing on many markets and we now need to grow team in Stockholm to continue to design and give the best service experience.

In the role you will handle customer service errands via mail, web form, web chat and Facebook, all in one system, Live Agent. You will also handle ordering and invoicing to our retail customers. Handle service errands with contact to customers and service repair shops. The job is part time and you can impact your schedule and work hours.
For the Sales and Customer Service Agent role, we don’t expect you to have a long CV track record, but we expect you to have:
· A passion for great service.
· Good communicational skills, grammar in writing is no problem.
· Creative thinking and passion for problem solving.
· A high level of curiosity on customer needs.
· Good skills in English, both written and spoken.
· German or French is a great plus since we grow rapidly in these markets.
· Knowledge in Live Agent or any other Help Desk Software (is a plus as well as knowledge customer sales administration).
You might have:
An ongoing higher education and is looking for a good opportunity to combine job and studies.
