Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

Duties & Responsibilities:
. acquiring customers and generating leads for key accounts and field sales
. identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
. providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
. providing further information on the key features and following up on customer requests
. working closely together with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your profile:
. native in one of the following languages: Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
. good knowledge of English in spoken and written language
. good working knowledge of MS Office
. sales or Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
. confident and professional on the phone
. target driven personality, friendly and communicative.
