Instabox is a tech/logistics scaleup that wants to change the logistics industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it. We think it should be easy to shop online and offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We’re constantly changing the game. What you will be doing
To be a part of Instabox Customer service means that you are the face and the voice of the company. The customer service team reaches out to several thousands of Instabox users daily, and always deliver excellent service.
We are currently seeking Customer Service agents who want to join us on our journey. As a customer Support at Instabox, you are working with relationships over Message, Email, and Telephone.
The questions are of varying size and character, where we expect you to do your utmost to maintain our good judgment with our customers. We want our customers to continue to have a positive image of Instabox and we attach great importance to the experience of the delivery to those who use our lockers.
We also answer internal calls from our couriers that are out delivering packages all day.
We are open between 8-22 on weekdays and 9-19 on weekends, so you need to be able to work both evenings and weekends.
Who you are
To succeed in the role of a customer service agent, we believe that you should be driven by working in a changing environment. You should have a well-developed sense of service and think that problem solving is fun. We’re looking for people who can give excellent service but we also value your personality and that you care about your team.
Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience within customer service or similar role
- confident user of different IT-systems and comfortable working with computer
- comfortable with expressing yourself in both Swedish and English
It is also desirable that you have the following skills and characteristics:
- good ability to express yourself in writing
- Good knowledge of Danish or Norwegian
- Experience in Zendesk
