Customer Service and Export Coordinator
As a Customer Service and Export Coordinator you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. Your overall responsibility is to secure excellent product availability and customer satisfaction globally. More specifically you will be responsible for that the order process is followed by SCM and Sales, both internally and externally, with precision and excellence. One of the key tasks is also to perform clearance procedures when exporting goods outside the EU with all different regulations connected to those processes. You will mainly operate independently but you will be part of a great team that works closely together.
Key responsibilities
o Orders are processed efficiently, correctly and on time and that international shipments are planned and coordinated
o Coordinate and respond to questions from Sales/Customers to make sure they are provided with information, from all parts of the organization, helping them becoming successful
o Relationships with sales companies and distributors globally making sure that their changing business requirements are identified and are being met.
o Coordinate and monitor deliveries making sure that sales companies and distributors are provided with relevant delivery information
o Handle customer claims and goods returns.
o Coordinate and issue transportation documentation and export goods according to customs rules and regulation
Who are you?
We see that you have experience from a customer support environment or similar and a university degree in logistics or similar.
To really enjoy this position we see that you are analytical, structured and thorough and used to taking initiatives and decisions.
You always have the customers point of view as a priority. You are used to work in both English and Swedish, spoken and in writing. Being service minded and flexible is natural for you. The work includes creating long-term relationships and co-operation with customers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group.
It’s a plus if you have knowledge of commercial trading terms and Incoterms, SE VAT ACT and exporting, previous experience in liaising with freight forwarding companies
Location: This position can be based in Jönköping. In Husqvarna we use an hybrid working model.
