We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be a pivotal part of our global Customer Service department, responsible for managing bookings, shipment, invoicing, and customs clearance for our export goods. You'll be at the forefront of providing outstanding customer service and problem-solving for our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer cases via email, Teams, and phone.
- Handle order management, invoicing, and transport planning.
- Work with export documentation, administration, warranty, and claim management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant educational background in customs, logistics, or business.
- Experience in similar roles or service and administration (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
