The global Customer Service department is responsible for managing bookings, shipments, and invoicing of goods, as well as providing customs clearance for our export products. With customers worldwide, we are committed to delivering proactive and exceptional customer service while resolving any issues that may arise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across different functions and interact with international customers and exports across the globe. The job is centered around providing excellent service, and you will have the chance to enhance your skills as a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, taking on more responsibilities and duties as you grow. Your primary tasks will include:
- Handling customer cases through email, teams, and telephone
- Managing orders and invoicing
- Planning and booking transportation
- Dealing with export documentation
- Performing administrative tasks and warranty management
- Managing claims

The following skills are required for this position:
- Preferably a study background related to customs, logistics, or business
- Advantageous to have experience in similar work or service and administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good knowledge
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
