Are you interested in delivering high level service within a dynamic and international environment? Do you speak and write fluent Swedish and English? If yes, then this position at TotalEnergies Nordic in the Copenhagen office might be your match!
Overall, you will have the responsibility of executing daily customer service tasks for TotalEnergies Nordic, Automotive and Industry. Furthermore, due to rotation process in the department you can be asked to learn and execute customer service tasks across all business units and affiliates.
Areas of responsibility will include tasks such as:
· Daily contact – both oral and written - with customers, sales force, and partners
· Receipt handling, invoicing, and filing of orders
· Handling the invoicing process, including credit and debit notes
· Follow-up on orders
· Update of customer database
· Handling of claims from customers
· General support to the Sales team
· Support projects across the organization
· KPI reporting
Qualifications
It is important that you possess a safety mindset and address the job with a strong understanding of the business and people. The position calls for providing outstanding service to customers and sales force in a high pace environment, and we are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve business goals.

· Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential when handling calls from and to primary Scandinavian customers
Your background:
· Educational background from the commercial field within trade and office or commercial and clerical education and training
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant area or perhaps you recently completed a relevant education
· SAP knowledge is preferred, but not a requirement
· Solid Microsoft Office, and in particular Excel, skills
It is a must that you fluent in oral and written Swedish and English, an additional Scandinavian language is a plus.
