JOB DESCRIPTION
Sudios customer service team is one of our most important and effective team. To keep customer satisfaction is a top priority at Sudio and we are now growing the team.
This job offers you both freedom and responsibility. Your responsibility will be to making sure customers are remained satisfied and happy. You will be able to share best practice with your colleagues, but will also be responsible for your own actions. You will learn about the latest strategies and software for customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are super-fast with computers.
- You have very good writing skills, in English.
- You have an interest for marketing and social media.
- You are not afraid to take initiatives and can work on your own.
- You are at ease with Power point, Excel and Word.
- It is not a requirement that you know Swedish.
- A university degree is a plus but not a requirement.
It is also a plus, but not a requirement to have “nystartsjobb” from Arbetsförmedlingen. You can ask your local Arbetsförmedlingen if you are entitled to this or not.
For this job your personal attributes will be much more important than previous work experience.
