Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and active listening
Strong problem solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
Scope:
A Customer Service Representative overseas customer requests to meet customer satisfaction in a highly effective and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the interaction with customers by delivering great service as a means to drive and build customer relationship and improve retention rate
Complete responsibility to resolve customer inquiries and problems through effective interaction and negotiation
Accurately manage order specifications in Swedish Nutra’s order system
Ensure proper pricing, payment, quotes and shipping / transportation terms
Coordinates order shipping and transportation
Manage labels ordering and shipping
