As we continue our transformation, we are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join PMI Nordics in our Stockholm office.
The ‘day to day’
The Customer Service Coordinator will sit within our Logistics & Distribution team and be responsible for developing and maintaining a professional relationship with our business customers. Working with both order management and customer service, this is a crucial role for our team which works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining constant communication with our business customers & distributors by phone and email
• Work closely with third party suppliers such as warehousing and logistics suppliers
• Registration and review of sales orders in our systems
• Managing complaints and monitoring the delivery of goods
• Continuously looking how we can develop and improve processes
• Ensure the efficient and timely product order flow to our business customers
Please note this role is a temporary contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Who you are
If you are a social, driven and forward-thinking person with the following profile we would love to hear from you!
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience from customer service or logistics
• Fluent in written and spoken English, a Nordic language would be extremely beneficial
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, knowledge of SAP extremely beneficial
