Volvo Action Service (VAS) part of Volvo Parts Gent, is a well-known international player in the automotive segment near Ghent (Oostakker- Belgium).They offer round-the-clock assistance with emergency breakdown services for trucks and busses all over Europe.

Customer Service Coordinator (Nordic team)

Job:

You will ensure that truck drivers, with (technical) problems, get back on the road as soon as possible.You will handle their case from A to Z and you will find the best possible solution.
You will treat every call in the native language of the client.

Profile:

You are fluent in ENGLISH + FINNISH + SWEDISH.
You are customer-oriented and have good communicative skills.You want to work in Belgium.
You have basic skills in MS Office applications and you are willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night and weekend shift).

This job is situated in Belgium.
You need to be willing to re-locate to Belgium.
