About the position

We are looking for a new Customer Service Director for our EMEA organization. This is a team consisting of 26 Customer Service Officers and you will be taking responsibility for half of the workforce. The other half is managed by a peer colleague with the same role as yours. The two of you will have close collaboration in driving the team forward and developing it’s people and processes in two mirrored organizations

You will report to VP Region Head EMEA.

What will you do?

In short you will be managing half of the Customer Service organization (Perstorp) on a daily basis including the strategic and functional development of the Customer Service in terms of quality control as well as alignment of work procedures in cooperation with Sales & Marketing managers and Operations

- Lead and monitor the day to day work of the Customer Service Organization in Perstorp
- Coordinate handling of internal failures, risks and accidents related to Customer Service
- Follow up on complaints from customers and internal deviations so that these are handled in accordance with our procedures and corrective actions are initiated, implemented and followed up timely
- Participate and lead in hiring of personnel in the area of Customer Service in Perstorp
- Participate to develop education of Customer Service organization
- Follow the management system in the daily work


- Actively participate in projects for improvement of the operational structure within Global Customer Service in coordination with the Regional CSO manager-Europe

Who are we looking for?

- You have an interest in people and preferably some prior experience as a manager or team leader
- Relevant education in logistics, business or similar
- Demonstrated experience from working with Customer Service and/or logistics
- Good knowledge in ERP/CRM systems in regard of operations and functionality (we use SAP and Salesforce)
