The support is on our hardware products, mostly notebooks, LCD, PDA and Wlan products. We are looking for a Nordic speaking engineer to join our hotline support. The Job position: As a Product Technician at our hotline support department you will be the front line towards our Nordic customers. You will be a part of a highly skilled team which analyzes product issues and solves both simple and complex customer problems. Your working day will be full of variety and you will get a good insight into how to help customers in a professional and fast way You are a structured and pedagogical person who enjoys explaining technical matters to others. You communicate and writes freely in English and Norwegian and any other Nordic speech is a plus. You have previous experience of working with hardware support and you know how to use Support Administration Tools for case handling and follow-up. You have been working with Windows OS for a couple of years and feel comfortable with this. We are mainly looking for a Norwegian speaking engineer but other speaking engineers are also in interest."
