We are looking for -Persons who likes to work both in team and on it's own - has previous experience of hardware support and service. - Have used Windows OS for a couple pf years and feel comfortable with it - You are structured and pedagocial - have a good command in english - One more Nordic language is a big plus Job position As a product technician at our hotline support you will be at frontline towards out Nordic customers. You will be part of of a highly skilled team which analyzes product issues and solves both simple and complex customer problems. Your working day will be full of variety and you full of different and exciting tasks.
