ASUS is now looking for skillful engineers to our support team. About us ASUS is worldwide company specialized in computer technology and is world leading in it's area. We are now expanding our business in Nordic and are looking for persons who are serviceminded and likes to solve problems through e-mail and telephone. To work with us You will join an young and forwardgoing organisation that puts quality and customer in the frontseat. ASUS provides an exciting environment and a large network, with a great ability to grow in the specfic area and as person. We are looking for persons who - likes to work both in team and on it's own - has previous experience of hardware support and service. - Have used Windows OS for a couple pf years and feel comfortable with it - You are structured and pedagocial - have a good command in English, Swedish and one more Nordic language. Job position As a product technician at our hotline support you will be at frontline towards out Nordic customers. You will be part of of a highly skilled team which analyzes product issues and solves both simple and complex customer problems. Your working day will be full of variety and you full of different and exciting tasks.
