In Jönköping, the team works to deliver efficient logistics solutions and services to the Group's subsidiaries that operate in a variety of markets, mainly Germany, Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, and France. The Group offers innovative products and well-known brands in the field of road safety. Together with a dozen colleagues at customer service in Jönköping, you work to serve the company's customers. You work during day time and office hours and your workplace is in the company's bright, nice and newly built premises located at Hedenstorp in Jönköping, there is also a possibility to work from Norway at our company's premises in Kröderen.

Tasks:

- Communication and service towards customers and salespersons.
- Advice and answer questions via phone, email, chat, social media etc.
- Order administration
- If necessary, support and help your colleagues with other tasks.

Qualifications:

- Preferably a few years of similar experience alt. other relevant experience.
- Knowledge of German and English in speech and writing.
- Good computer skills and good knowledge of Office package.
