Customer service intern

Do you want to be part of an inspiring female network?
We at Marketplace STHLM are looking for ambitious customer service interns who have service and problem-solving in their blood.
If you like talking to people and show a great extent of hospitality then you´re in. Networking skills and social media interest are a big bonus.
No previous experience is required but great emphasis is placed on finding a person who is enthusiastic, thorough, and can grasp things that need to be done and to meet people´s need in a positive way. Previous experience is not necessary but is a plus.
The internship runs for 3-6 months, is part time around 50% and unpaid. There are opportunities for the internship to result in employment.
Tasks that occur include:
customer service
taking care of the fresh look of the boutique/showroom
presenting and explaining our brand and goals
posting stories/posts to social media
keeping contact with the team and the sellers in the showroom



You will be part of a diverse network of inspiring female entrepreneurs, collaborative partners and a small team working at Marketplace STHLM. You report directly to the Project Manager. There is a close collaboration between colleagues and you are offered many contact areas internally. Together, we contribute to improvements and business efficiency.
Language requirements:
Swedish conversational
English basic



Interviews take place on an ongoing basis.

Marketplace is a showroom and co-working accelerator for female owned businesses. We offer our members the opportunity to quickly and easily boost their business and at the same time we provide access to a large network, valuable knowledge and inspiration and tools. Our carefully selected members can exhibit their products and services for sale in our exclusive co-working space and showroom in the middle of Högdalen Centrum.
Moreover we provide our members basic knowledge in entrepreneurship, possible financial support, motivation to believe in themselves, coaching in marketing, sales and basic financial advice through our partners.
