Are you looking for your next challenge in customer service?
It is our goal every day to exceed our customers' expectations. In the Customer Service team we communicate with our customers via mail, phone, chat and social media, where we help them with a wide variety of issues and questions regarding i.e. product range, quality, complaints, orders etc.
We are now looking for a responsible for our Norwegian customers , as 2 nd line support.
You will succeed in this role if you are a true service oriented person. You are responsive to our customers’ needs and you enjoy problem solving and developing our customer service. You like to structure your work to meet deadlines and you are great at prioritizing. You are passionate about communication and social media is a part of your everyday life.
Further you have experience from working with service and customer communication. It is a great advantage if you also have experience from retail. You speak and write English, Swedish and Norwegian fluently. Since you work daily in various IT systems, you have good computer skills where you easily can comprehend and interact in new systems and technologies.
