Customer Service Manager

Due to maternity leave our client is currently looking to temporarily fill the position of Customer Service Manager.The position is a full time position expected to run for approximately 12 months.The chosen candidate will be employed by Adecco and then assigned to the position at our client in Lund. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service tasks as well as some general administration. Main tasks will include: - Customer contact: quotes, sales material, price lists, follow up letters, order confirmations, handling purchase orders, etc.- Deliveries: delivery documentation and cover letters, creating program-cds, packaging, invoicing and statistics.- Information flow: updating of the website, e-mail newsletter.- Sales administration: maintaining client database, updating sales material and ordering printed material.- Other: answering incoming phone calls, general receptionist duties, general documentation and various administrations.Since the role as Customer Service Manager will span over a broad spectrum of administrative and sales related duties, we believe that you need to have senior work experience of about three to five years in similar positions.You need to have excellent computers skills including Word, Excel.Experience of working with other programs such as Frame Maker and PowerSell is preferred but not required.Excellent skills in written and spoken Swedish & English are required due to a lot of communication with internal as well as external international contacts.The position as Customer Service Manager demands both a high work efficiency and a significant amount of flexibility.As a suitable candidate you need to be self-going, well structured and able to in cooperation with your colleagues creatively and socially take part in the daily life in the office.Therefore, as a candidate you should have an open spirit and a willingness to contribute to a positive atmosphere.
