The Company was established in May 2020 by a merger between Canal Digital and Viasat Consumer. In 2019, the two companies had combined net sales of SEK 7.5 bn. Allente is owned 50/50 by Telenor Group and NENT Group.

Key responsibilities and duties
Your role as Customer Service Manager B2B will be central as we are now taking the next step with our B2B unit. Your main focus will be to drive Customer Service to deliver on the local and Nordic KPI's. This will include managing our external customer service partners, daily operations and make sure everything is going as planned.
Some of your tasks will be:
-Focus on main KPI's both local and Nordic
-Ensure external CS employees are well familiar with Allente
-Ensure CS employees represents Allente in a professional and pragmatic manner
-CS processes, routines & tools
-Forecast
-Planning
-Continuously measure and evaluate CS
-Contribute to and deliver on Nordic Strategy for B2B

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has experience working with customer service aimed at B2B customers. Preferably experience in utilizing structured framework for customer operations (e.g. COPC or similar).
You also have:
-Ability to identify internal and external customer needs
-Data analysis skills
-Good business and market understanding
-Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Basic technical understanding of the different distribution platforms for media content
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
