Customer Service Manager for client in Marievik, Stockholm

We're searching for a new Customer Service manager for one of our clients in Marievik, Stocholm. The assignment is a 6 month contract with start in August/September. The customer service team is today 5 persons.

Assignment

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the daily and on-going activities of the Customer Service Center in the Region.

CSM is responsible for the continuous development of the routines and performance.

CSM coordinates, both in daily operation and in further development, with other regional departments such as Production, Logistics and Sales. The coordination is organized in a structured, formalized and systematic way.

The main objective and purpose of the CSC is to provide all customers, in all applicable areas, with the right support, accurate information and excellent service, according to set customer segmentation guidelines.

In addition, the CSC supports the organization in matters such as information gathering, coordination and incident management.

The CSM reports to the Regional Manager.

CSM Oslo, CSM Copenhagen and CSM Stockholm are members of the CSC User Group.

The purpose of the User Group is to allow the members to discuss common CSM matters, share best practice and identify improvement actions.

The CSCs in Regions Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo are to be established and developed based on standard and common routines.

Job Description

* CSCs main tasks are: Order placements, logistic planning, production planning, (offerings and complaint handling).

* Ensure CSC working planning to reach set operational targets.

* Planning of logistical and production optimization to ensure cost efficient and cost competitive operations

* Recommend relevant KPIs and implement KPI reporting.

* Ensure that the staff holds sufficient training, skills and abilities to provide customers with professional and excellent service, with the ambition to exceed customer expectations.

* Ensure that IT-systems provided are used and, if necessary, suggest required development to the IT BIS department. This applies to the IT systems themselves, as well as the organisations routines and work efforts to use them.

* In case of extraordinary logistical or technical operational problems on delivery day, CSC will support Plant Manager to minimise negative effects.

* If necessary, support the Sales Department with offerings to optimise customer leads.

* Continuous development of staff and encourage all members of staff to take on responsibilities and actively contribute to improvements.

* Ensure a healthy, permissive and inspiring work environment
* To comply with the Health & Safety and to observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation
* CSC to operate according to HC Group Ethical Guidelines.

* To comply will all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company

Experience

* Leadership experience: Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities.
* Professional experience: Prior leadership experience in Customer Center Service and market understanding in customer/supplier relations. Construction expertise is not required, but experience in logistics and operations are preferred/ an advantage
* Educational experience: Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience. Basic knowledge in economics.
* Personal qualities: Have a structured and proactive way of working, perform high level of work ethic, and contribute to good internal and external relations. Have a high working capacity, and be used to a hectic work environment. Sales and service oriented management style.

Language skills: Fluent verbal and written English as well as local language.
