Are you a student who is looking to combine your studies with a flexible part time job? Do you enjoy giving customers the best possible service? Do you love solving problems and a fast working pace? Are you fluent in Norweigan? Then we have the right position for you!

As a customer service agent at Qliro, your job assignment will include answering incoming calls from customers and solving their issues. You will strive to give the customers the right information and the best possible solutions for them. Besides solving problems by phone, you will also answer emails and chats. As a part of the Norweigan customer service team you will also be making a difference by being the customers voice inside the company.

You will work in a great environment with positive co-workers, who all strive to give our Nordic customers an awesome customer service experience!

Our customer service currently is open weekdays between 08:00 – 17:00, with the possibility to work extra during weekends if needed.

We expect you to be flexible with working hours since we strive to be available for our customers on their demand.
Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role as a customer service agent you need to be a good team-player who loves taking initiative. You love learning new things and taking more responsibilities. You are experienced in using phone and mail as work-tools. As a person, we believe that you are dedicated, perceptive and solution-driven!

You walk the extra mile to please the customers and will be a part of a motivated team with a great atmosphere.

A requirement for the position is that you are fluent in speaking and writing in Norweigan. If you speak Swedish that's great but it's not a requirement for this posititon. Preferably you have experience from working in customer service before.
