KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Lead sales and delivery activities –covering among others marketing, inquiry management, bid management, offering,
order registration, delivery follow up, claim management (if any) during warranty - according to the process and in line with the current
processes and rules
Regularly follow ups with the customer and internal functions to capture the customers´ needs with the aim to increase customer
satisfaction and Alstom´s market share
Collect and report KPIs
Reporting to Head of Parts and Overhaul SE & FIN
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Technical or economical education from gymnasium
Desirable: Sales and Negotiation
Project Management
Minimum 3 years experience with customer interactions/relations
Desirable:
Sales and negotiation experience
Order and sales management experience
Project management experience
Bid management experience
Planning and/or delivery experience
Experience of working in a business systems (SAP is an advantage)
Experience of working in a multicultural organization
Railway experience
Contract Management experience
Train maintenance and/or logistics experience

Good planning and organizational skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both in oral and written
