As Customer Service Officer (CSO) you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience by acting as a first contact point for our customers and forming the needs of customers into long and mid-term plans for the factory.
You are responsible for
Analyzing and confirming the demand and needs of the customer in the form of forecast or order,
Playing an active role in the order-to-deliver process to make sure customer needs are fulfilled,
Being the first point of contact in any of customer request from order handling to providing reports and support for customer decision making,
Sales and operational planning for specified customer(s) in close co-operation with customer, account manager and other involved partners.
We expect you to
Be passionate about customer satisfaction and be service-oriented team-player,
Be a structured and initiative person with can-do attitude and strong communication and decision-making skills,
Preferably have experience in customer service,
Have good analytical skills to be able to analyze customer needs and compile long-term plans,
Be strong in English and Swedish (both written and spoken language),
Have good computer skills, especially MS excel. Previous experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
