Job description
Perido is recruiting additional resourcers for our clients customer service. The company is focused around a web based cooperation tool, which they offer to other companies in order to help them work together and run projects in an easy and efficient way. They see cooperation as the key to a successful project. This position is placed in HQ in central Stockholm.

The customer service team consists of 8 of your future colleagues, giving support to customers over telephone, mail and chat. Your focus is to give support regarding the company's project interaction tool. Translation of manuals, production of demo videos and other administration is also part of the job, which means speaking fluent French is important. We believe that you who apply for this position are curious; you enjoy searching for solutions and helping other people. You have experience from customer support and enjoy offering great customer service. On top of that you are responsible, enterprising and work without prestige. Required qualifications
-High school/secondary school
-Experience from support or customer service
-Good knowledge of one or several browsers is a plus
-Fluent French + speaking Swedish and/or English

Contract type and hours
This position is permanent, full time. Start date in May.
